Become a Member of Cerebral Palsy Plus

Cerebral Palsy Plus has an ever increasing membership. Everyone’s views and opinions are important to us and the larger membership we have, the better we can help and support you.

Membership is free – you just need to live in the Bristol area and have a BS postcode, so please fill in the form below. Once you are a member you gain access to the range of services that we provide and we can consult you on our plans for the future, so that you get from us is what you need. If your child has Cerebral Palsy please fill out their name, however if you are registering yourself please leave child’s name blank.
